Being web-based, P2W facilitates monitoring across many smaller sites from a central location, allowing the identification of patterns of use that require further investigation. This benefit is further enhanced by the P2W Journal, which automatically records and timestamps all actions performed on a permit. This can be examined remotely, so external auditors can arrive on site prepared to address issues immediately, without having to trawl through endless papers.
