Flexibility

P2W has been designed to provide a high level of flexibility in the way the system is deployed and managed. GEMsoft7’s unique flexi-form technology allows our customers to configure P2W to meet the specific requirements of their own safe system of work, without any knowledge of computer programming, or having to rely on (and pay for!) additional "consultancy" days. This has proved invaluable to our customers who regularly review their working procedures and need their system to always reflect current working practices even as they develop and change over time.

Speed of Implementation

P2W's built-in support for standards and its flexibility allow for quick implementations - typically taking from two to three months.

Flexible License

The license for P2W is based on the site/platform at which it operates. Each license covers all users on that site/platform – with no need to identify named users or restrict the number of concurrent users. This brings great flexibility as peaks in headcounts due to shutdowns do not require any changes to the license. GEMsoft7’s existing clients have found this to be a very straightforward and favourable basis on which to operate as it removes the overhead of concurrent or named user licenses operated by other software vendors.
